Joining OWL is a bit like joining a new family. We do everything we can to keep our people happy, and as busy as they want to be. We also try to show appreciation in ways that most companies don't. But we set the bar pretty high - OWL's reputation needs to stay at the very top of this tree.
At OWL, we don't accept unsolicited resumés or CVs from job-seekers. All of our contractors are carefully selected based upon our personal experience with them, past performance, information from referral sources, reference checks, public records and even social media. That's right, we do our homework.
If you haven't been approached by OWL directly about a position, it doesn't mean you can't work with us. Maybe someone in OWL's network has referred you to our company. If so, please complete our contractor survey. This will allow you to let us know who in our network referred you (this is important!), and why you think you're OWL material (also important!). You can also attach your CV, highlight your unique qualifications and experience, and designate some individual work preferences, among other things.
Most importantly, when you're communicating with an OWL, be honest! And be conversational. We're not evil corporate overlords, and we don't understand buzzwords like "paradigm" or "synergy". And no matter what the dictionary says, it's "Hoo" - never "whom".
